-If you sell bows, clothing, tumblers etc you DO NOT need a license for printing
-If you sell custom textiles, fabric, sublimation transfers etc you DO need a license
 
Important Notes:
- The mockup pictured is what this file will look like repeated. The seamless pattern that will be available for download will be one section of the repeated file and you will be able to further scale that design to fit your needs. 
 
-Due to the digital nature of this file no returns/refunds will be issued. Please reach out with any questions before purchasing
 
-Before purchasing please make sure you understand how to use your desired program and this file. I am unable to assist with anything that does not pertain to the actual design
 
-Designs with multiple backgrounds will be available for download in a zip file
Unzipping a compressed zip file:
After the download has completed right click on the zip folder and select "Extract All"
Choose the destination you would like the file to go
All designs will be available for use in the unzipped folder
